PAYMENTS
Do I have to set up a Miracle Factory account to pay for my item?
No, it's optional. If you have a Paypal account, just go to your Shopping Cart and click on the Paypal icon. It will lead you right to Paypal, where you can either pay with a credit card or use your Paypal account.

What if I don't want to use Paypal?
You can pay by credit card during checkout, and we accept Visa, MC, Amex, and Discover. Here's a little explanation of the easy process. When you check out, if you're a New Customer and haven't created a Customer Profile with us, click the Paypal option (our credit card transactions are handled by Paypal's Virtual Terminal service). When the Paypal screen comes up, click on "Pay with a debit or credit card." Fill out the credit card information and you'll be on your way.

You can also send us a check or money order. Just follow the instructions when you check out your purchases.

Why do you use Paypal?
We love Paypal. It's easy to sign up and use, and it's fast and efficient. Paypal lets you pay with your major credit cards or your bank account. It makes our bookkeeping easy. Refunds are a snap, too. If you have questions about Paypal, go to their site at www.paypal.com.

RETURNS
Can I get a refund?
If you've ordered a prepublication copy, you can cancel at any time if you send us an email.

If there's a major defect with one of our items, let us know and we'll either exchange the product (if it's available) or issue a refund if you return the item to us. If your book has misprinted pages or a damaged limited-edition case, that's a major defect, but we can't be responsible for small imperfections; despite the quality of our productions, books occasionally have pages with a small ripple, a small amount of excess glue in the binding, or tiny scuffs on the dust jacket (which happens in the wrapping process). With our DVDs and CDs, you may find tiny imperfections in the jacket or case or label.

We unfortunately can't help you with copies ordered from dealers other than us. If you've received a defective item, the dealer should contact either the distributor who supplied it or The Miracle Factory, if he purchased the product directly from us.

SHIPPING
Why can't I order rush shipping, choose UPS or another carrier, or select a less expensive choice like Surface for foreign orders?
It's efficient for us to keep use USPS only and offer certain choices. The U.S. Postal Service has a great tracking system and it's integrated into our shipping set-up. We do offer Priority Mail, which is very fast for U.S. orders, as well as First Class Mail for smaller items and Parcel Post for bulkier ones if you want to save money.

For foreign orders, we don't offer surface shipping because although surface mail is less expensive, it can take months for a package to arrive. We've had many customers worry that their book's been lost during the long wait, and it's just not worth the anxiety and multiple emails for everyone. One alternative to save money is to check with dealers in your country to see if you can order our products directly from them.
